DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY 5/15/2012

Louise Beck Properties has awful, incompetent service. They do not return phone calls or emails. They do not send time-sensitive forms on time. They screwed us over with an ""early marketing agreement"" and now we are stuck paying rent on 2 apartments for 2 months. ALWAYS communicate with this company's incompetent employees in writing to protect yourself down the road. I gave this company 1 star because Larry the maintenance man was consistently prompt and professional. more

Honest and Straightforward 4/17/2012

You have an honest, straightforward approach and I admire that. My business thrived on those principles in my thirty year real estate career in the Durham, Chapel Hill area. I love to see that same approach in the younger generation. Duplicity costs everyone time and money, and as trite as it may sound: the truth sets us free. more
