Louise Beck Properties has awful, incompetent service. They do not return phone calls or emails. They do not send time-sensitive forms on time. They screwed us over with an ""early marketing agreement"" and now we are stuck paying rent on 2 apartments for 2 months. ALWAYS communicate with this company's incompetent employees in writing to protect yourself down the road. I gave this company 1 star because Larry the maintenance man was consistently prompt and professional.
