Excellent company. They came out around my schedule. Very hard to find a company that will come out at night. They knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it right then. Great customer service from the first phone call to the end. Highly recommend and will use again if I have any other problems more

No more camping in with paper plates or plastic cups or hand washing the dishes! Mike was able to repair our washer and save us some $$$. He actually even offered to give me a refund if he couldnt repair it but he tried and tried until he was able to fix the problem. With this said, I definitely recommend Mike, he is dependable and most of all honest. more

Stanley has been out to our house twice and has always come on time, or early. He answers calls promptly, and is always friendly and honest. You will never find a more knowledgeable, skilled appliance repair guy. He went the extra mile when he took my panini appliance home and fixed it when no one else would or could! I wish I could give him 10 stars! more

My ice dispenser on my Kenmore side by side refrigerator had not been working for a few months and the holiday season was right around the corner. We were planning on entertaining quite a bit and my husband had been hounding me to get it fixed. I gave it a shot, but could not figure out the problem. Unfortunately, I am not very mechanically inclined. I was concerned with calling a repairman because I had a repair done on my hot tub recently that coast me a fortune. A friend recommended that I call them and I am glad I did ! The technician, Paul was great. He showed up on time and had my ice dispenser working in about 30 minutes. The price I paid the part and repair was extremely reasonable. more

This is by far the best experience I've ever had with a HVAC repair. The first company I called arrived 4 hours late and stated that my entire system needed to be replaced at a cost of almost $6000! Luckily I called here for a second opinion. The tech arrived on time and was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He stated that the system only needed a tune up. The tech completed the call exceptionally fast and did a wonderful job. I could not be more pleased with this company and have already recommended them to several family members and friends. Thank you again for doing an excellent job instead of just trying to take us to the ringer! more

When I thought the world had ended because I was so overwhelmed when my central a/c and refrigerator both went out in the same day! Luckily I made the right choice and they had technicians fixing both problems with-in no time! The service was knowledgeable, clean & well groomed, and friendly. I made the right choice and now I'm relaxing on the couch with a refrigerator cold but the chill from the a/c felt amazing! Now I can sleep with no worries comfortable and satisfied. more

My Thermador oven was on the fritz, it was not getting hot enough to cook the food and I was unsure what the problem was. After trying some do-it-yourself repairs I gave up (ovens are a dangerous appliance after all) and call the repair man. The guy was great, he shoes up the same day and asked what was wrong as well as what I had done to try to remedy the problem.I was able to fix it in about two hours. I sat around and watched some TV while he went to work. At the end of it all, everything worked great! Thank you! more

The dryer repair was great. It broke down right after washing a load of clothes and I needed them to come out quick and get it fixed and they did. David showed up maybe 2 houra after calling them and it took them only about an hour to fix it. He was nice and courteous. I was so suprosed when he cleaned up after himself when he was finished which was nice. Their prices were affordable as well, I was afraid I was going to have to get a new dryer, but they definitely saved me some money. I would recommend using them. more

My Viking built-in microwave was broken beyond repair by myself, but this company did an excellent job in repairing my microwave. It runs better than ever before and it feels brand new again. This company did excellent work and did not mess anything up! I would recommend them to whoever needs a microwave fixed. more

A couple of weeks ago I went into my kitchen and found that the floor was all wet. My fridge that I had purchased on October of 2012 had broken down again. Third time since I purchased it that I had to call someone out to repair it.I'm hoping that this will be the last time.The repair man was professionally attired and was very knowledgeable. He took the fridge apart and found two issues. The first was a freezing up issue that appears to have been a design defect. The second was a touch screen circuit board problem.The fridge was fixed in 3 days when the parts were receieved and i dont have any more problems with it. Very happy to get it fixed! more

My family and I had just moved into our new home about 3 months prior. One of the selling points of the house was the almost new dishwasher. It worked great at first. Then suddenly it started to make some strange grinding noises. And the dishes weren't coming out very clean. My husband made an appointment with the repairman. Stanely came the next day withing the 3 hours window they gave me, and actually gave me a call when he was on his way, which was very nice and helpful. He took the dishwasher apart and cleaned it out for us. He took the time to explain to the us the maintenance that dishwashers need to run as efficient as they can. He then gave us some ideas and tips on what cleaning products to use so that we could save money. It was a pleasant experience over all. more

When our Frigidaire fridge originally broke I was almost certain that we needed a new one. However, my husband located this company through a friend of his that does the repairs. The price to get it fixed was very inexpensive and affordable. The gentlemen was so pleasant, honest & nice . I highly recommend everyone check with them before purchasing a new product. Most likely they can fix it. more

I had a good experience with a dishwasher repair service. My dishwasher was acting strange and was not cleaning my dishes as well as it used to. I figured it was just getting old and needed replacement. I called up the local repair shop and inquired whether the case would most likely be replacement. They disagreed and set up an appointment to come out and do a cleaning and restoration of my out of warrantee dishwasher. The service technician was clean and promptly on time. he was friendly and very knowledgeable. He determined that all i needed was a deep clean for the washer to return to its original functionality. I would highly recommend them in the future to all friends and family members. more

Dmitriy came over from this company and was very friendly and patient. Took less than an hour and since then the washing machine has worked perfectly. He replaced some sprayer thing that had been clogged, and knew exactly what to do to fix it. Would definitely recommend to my friends. more

Oleg was at my house exactly when he said he would be and began working right away. He pulled out the washer, took a look at the problem, and started fixing it. Overall he was very quick and very pleasant to have at our house. The washer was back up and working in no time at all and it was all thanks to him. I recently bought a set of used GE Duet washer & dryer for my home. A couple months into using them I noticed the washer would leak during the washing. I called LA appliance, and they sent Mike over the next day! As it turns out, the seal on the door had a hole which caused the leak. First i was unpleasenly surprised with his charge for the labor, but later i understood he was right when he said it was a complecated job: he had to move the heavy unit by himself, dissassemle the panel with the door and install the seal. He spent almost 2 hours on this job, and ran the mashine for couple of cycles to make sure there is no more leak. I was very satisfied with their customer service and thechnician's professionalism. more

We were lucky to get Leo, our service repair guy, to come to repair our Viking oven as he arrived on time and was very professional. He focused on the job at hand as soon as he got to our house and worked until the issue was resolved. Our oven is about 15 years but he was able to have the parts in his van, so the oven was fixed same day! isnt it amazing? I would recommend this service company to anyone. more
