I recently bought a set of used GE Duet washer & dryer for my home. A couple months into using them I noticed the washer would leak during the washing. I called LA appliance, and they sent Mike over the next day! As it turns out, the seal on the door had a hole which caused the leak. First i was unpleasenly surprised with his charge for the labor, but later i understood he was right when he said it was a complecated job: he had to move the heavy unit by himself, dissassemle the panel with the door and install the seal. He spent almost 2 hours on this job, and ran the mashine for couple of cycles to make sure there is no more leak. I was very satisfied with their customer service and thechnician's professionalism.
