My family and I had just moved into our new home about 3 months prior. One of the selling points of the house was the almost new dishwasher. It worked great at first. Then suddenly it started to make some strange grinding noises. And the dishes weren't coming out very clean. My husband made an appointment with the repairman. Stanely came the next day withing the 3 hours window they gave me, and actually gave me a call when he was on his way, which was very nice and helpful. He took the dishwasher apart and cleaned it out for us. He took the time to explain to the us the maintenance that dishwashers need to run as efficient as they can. He then gave us some ideas and tips on what cleaning products to use so that we could save money. It was a pleasant experience over all.
