Loopers makes it so easy - doing all the arrangements with my extended warranty insurance and giving me rides home and back when repairs are going to take a long time. more

Looper Servicecenter provided excellent service. It was reasonably priced and the work was done in a timely manner. Their location near the Rockville Metro station is a big plus as well. I'd recommend them to anyone. more

Took my 2009 Lexus GX 470 in for Oil, filter and lube plus 30,000 mile service. Excellent service, reasonable price (way below dealer), courtesy shuttle to my job in Rockville. more

All work was done in a timely manor and held up on a long road trip just days after completion. I was contacted about problems with my vehicle that weren't related to the service I was there for. Loopers did a great job and were friendly throughout the process. more

Outstanding Service 8/7/2011

My faith and hope for this country has been restored with my experience with Glenn Looper. Glenn provided me with outstanding customer service on both my warranty claim and an emergency repair that was causing a serious safety issue with my Ford Explorer. I only wish there were more like him in this country. more

Sealing work looked great and I got a very fast turnaround. However, dent repair was somewhat less than expected. This tank had many significant dents to start with and some were improved, but many dents remain. The filler neck may have been pushed in slightly in shipment back creating a new dent. Overall, the previously unserviceable tank is once again serviceable. more

Car Repair 7/27/2011

Looper's was very responsive to my urgent request to have my car checked when my car's service panel light came on. I drove right to the shop, and they even gave me a ride home and back when it was time to pick up my car. They checked my car thoroughly and, after an oil change and some necessary brake work, my 10-year old car is running really well. more
