Quoted price the same as finished price but add ons created significant in cost.

Outstanding! 8/24/2010

Dropped off a gas tank and radiator for repair. The customer service was outstanding. The guy that helped me ( I forgot his name already) and Glenn couldn't have been nicer. They explained the procedure in repairing my vintage car parts and followed through right away with the estimated cost and completion time. They even gave me a tour of the service areas where my parts would be repaired. How many businesses today will do that for you? Not many! more

I trust this shop. 8/4/2010

I have used Looper's for more than 15 years. They have assisted in keeping my cars in good repair and on the road; in one case for upwards of 20 years and still running. The service techs are quite good at diagnosing problems, and not all of my issues are able to be detected with an electronic analysis. On two occasions I brought in vehicles for second opinions. And confirmed my suspicion that the original quote contained unnecessary repairs. Looper's is not inexpensive, but I don't mind paying for great, reliable, service. When I get my car back I just drive it. I don't worry about whether or not it will make the trip. more

Not happy that the tech didn't put my dashboard and steering wheel back together better. The front shakes, rattles, and rolls where it didn't before. Next time he does it right! more

efficient diagnosis and fix 7/21/2010

When the car's A/C system stopped working a month after the a/C fluid had been replaced for a similar problem, I was of course unhappy...but Looper staff diagnosed the problem, found it was covered mostly by my extended warranty insurance, and did the fix all in about 3/4 of a day. more

Great! 7/21/2010

The last time i went to Looper Servicenter was back in 2007 and 2008. The first time i went in, I had taken my Nissan to the dealership to get something fixed. The dealership couldn'tfix the problem and kept having me bring in my card and charging me. I finally went to Looper Servicenter and they fixed it for me within half a day. I haven't had a problem with that part since. It wasn't too expensive and they were quick, nice, respectful and honest. Unfortunately, I no longer take my car there because i have moved across the country. more

Repair of 55 year old rusted fuel tank 6/3/2010

The cost was more than I had hoped to spend, but the job was worth it. Every detail was just perfect! Like they say, the quality is remembered long after the price is forgotten. more
