Quoted price the same as finished price but add ons created significant in cost.

Convenient ride back home and pickup later. Good prompt phone call explaining analysis of problems overall and options. One issue not addressed - why the oil or grease stains on car's wheelcovers - disappointing more

Looper has consistently done a great job with the car. They will also provide transportation to nearby restaurants, so you don't have to wait at the shop for your car to be finished. I would recommend Looper to everyone. more

My expreience up to this time with Looper Servicenter has been very postive. My repaired gas tank was sent by freight today and I should received it within the next couple of days when I will eye ball it. I think it will be very satisfactory since my conversations with Mr. Loper has been that way. more

so-so 5/7/2011

I came in with a blown tire, and the gentleman at the counter was great at getting my new tires to the shop. I do have a couple of complaints though. The tech that moved my car in and out of the garage SMOKED IN MY CAR both times. I find this a very bad practice. Also, when I was paying I glanced at the report from the tech, and it said something about a bent wheel that will cause noise. This was never told to me and now i have to bring it to another shop to get that fixed. I would have appreciated it if they at least told me! more

oil change 5/4/2011

I was a little displeased to hear that the oil change was 75 dollars, after they had changed my oil. This cost included a 10 dollar seal change. Loopers didn't consult me before charging me for changing the seal and labor associated with change it. I think over all, it wasn't a good deal considering I was just interested in an oil change. more

Fender sandblasting 4/6/2011

I left a rusty front fender from a 1952 MG-TD to be sandblasted, and it was ready the next morning. Excellent job, with a surface ready for primer. more

I was very satisfied with the ease of scheduling an appointment, timeliness of repair, explanation of process and friendliness of staff. However, I was not happy with the final price which turned out to be double the original quote and very expensive. To be fair, the original quote didn't include repair of the sending unit. more

oil change 2/22/2011

I just went for engine oil change. They did not only the oil change but also identitfy that my car's windshield washer had problem which bothered me for a long time, and they fixed it! Thank you so much, Looper Servicenter! more
