Biggest scammer in middlesex county 7/9/2019

If you need a loan go to any bank credit union or the online vendors direct. Do not deal with biswajit he is the biggest scammer I have seen. This guys will def tell you he will take off fees and all the things you want to hear until he is in control and then he will tell you no !!!! more

Unethical company 12/29/2018

Pro: gets work done fast. Team follows up and were able to meet the deadline. Cons: Unethical business practices by their owner Bish. He would lie and make false commitments and would never return a call or message after closing. He charged me $4000 in commission which is outrageous. He screws you up on the day before closing. Guys BEWARE if you decide to work with him please have everything clear. He will tell you the he will take of charges at the end but that doesn't happen. Being my father's friend I trusted him but he cheated us. For Bish-if you are reading this, I would recommend you to be transparent with your clients and tell them all charges upfront. I would not recommend to anyone. more

Don't go to Bish 6/2/2016

Dont go to these people. Only polite until the closing of loan. Never explained the internal fee involved in my loan. When I realized 1 week before closing and brought to notice, I was told that it will be taken off before the closing. I was checking every day and I was told it is being taken care. One day before the closing, when I am handicapped, they said it cannot be removed but will be adjusted after the closing. They never picked my call nor bothered to respond me back. Finally they said they cannot adjust fee and are now saying that it is valid fee and I have to pay it My suggestion is that there are many other honest agents out in the market. Take good decission more

Don't go. Stay safe 5/23/2016

They are not transparent. Not willing to explain the details. Bish has no time at all to explain things. They decide on weather it should be conventional loan or FHA loan. Never bothered to get permissions. Last min, they change closing cost when there is nothing we can do other than to pay it. I would recommend not to go with them more

Never go with these people. They never explain the truths behind. They make up the fake stories and some how make you agree for the inappropriate loan convincing you with fake stories. I am deeply effected by them. I don't want any fellow to take incorrect decission more
