Pro: gets work done fast. Team follows up and were able to meet the deadline.
Cons: Unethical business practices by their owner Bish. He would lie and make false commitments and would never return a call or message after closing. He charged me $4000 in commission which is outrageous. He screws you up on the day before closing. Guys BEWARE if you decide to work with him please have everything clear. He will tell you the he will take of charges at the end but that doesn't happen. Being my father's friend I trusted him but he cheated us. For Bish-if you are reading this, I would recommend you to be transparent with your clients and tell them all charges upfront.
I would not recommend to anyone.
