Dont go to these people.
Only polite until the closing of loan.
Never explained the internal fee involved in my loan.
When I realized 1 week before closing and brought to notice, I was told that it will be taken off before the closing.
I was checking every day and I was told it is being taken care.
One day before the closing, when I am handicapped, they said it cannot be removed but will be adjusted after the closing.
They never picked my call nor bothered to respond me back.
Finally they said they cannot adjust fee and are now saying that it is valid fee and I have to pay it
My suggestion is that there are many other honest agents out in the market. Take good decission
