I had worked with Lion Mortgage for my first time home finance two years ago and as well as for refinance now.Bish and his team's work towards my mortgage was very good,honest and answered to all my queries. They were prompt in answering to my calls and response to my emails.Whatever they promised like the rate, closing cost etc., they kept on their word.\r I will go to them again whenever I am in need and I would recommend them to anybody looking to refinance or a new mortgage. more

This business is run by a con man who goes by the name of Bish Mazumdar. He will be totally friendly with you all along and unfortunately, you will not know his true colors until 10 minutes before the closing. He will tell you to ignore the GFE's and the charges it includes, but at the last moment, when it is too late, you will realize the man has taken you for a ride and after that, he never picks your call. I was charged 4k$ as a closing fee and this man kept promising me that it is 0 closing cost. Apparently, he has mastered this art and knows that you don't have choice at that moment. All he has to do is avoid the phone calls that we make and he is scot-free. Avoid this company under any circumstance. I wish there was a way to send these criminals to prison. more

I had a very awful experience with this mortgage company. They took me for a ride and put me in complete darkness. They work against your interests and they work for the bank to get maximum commission. They hesitate to tell lies and cheat the customers. My rate locked at 3.9. But as my closing date approached they increased it to 4.3. When called for the reason they did not return my calls. They did not even update me about the rate change. They silently sent it to the attorney. Please do not get trapped by this company. more
