My hygienist, Denise, was highly informed and professional. She was also really friendly. All of the staff members were helpful and the company's business practices appear fair. Prices competitive. Overall, I was a happy customer. more

Follow-up Visit Disaster 12/15/2010

I had a tooth pulled. The appointment to extract my tooth went well. But when I arrived for my follow up the Dentist was not in and I had to reschedule. The only time available that week caused me to cancel two appointments. I arrived at my for the second follow-up appointment and had to wait 50 minutes for a 5 minute appointment. more

Overall Great Experience 12/7/2010

I just had a root canal done. The employees and doctor provided awesome service. They got me in fast and set me up on an affordable payment plan. I will recommend Lillian Miller Dental to everyone. more

Overall positive 12/2/2010

The front desk person, the dental assistant and the office manger all geat rave reviews from me. Very friendly and welcoming. The dentist was technically very good - didn't even feel the shots. The dentist didn't seem to know how much extensive work could cost, or how difficult it is to afford even basic care when you have no insurance. I got the impression that unless I can agree to all of the work that needs to be done, then anything that I do try to do is pointless. He wasn't rude, or cruel in any way, just not as understanding as I would have liked. Still, I can recommend this place - the office manager will try to work out payment plans that patients can afford and the technical skills of everyone I dealt with seemed to be quite good. more

The staff was very nice and courteous and I was taken right in within a few minutes of my arrival, however, I was there 3-1/2 hours. more

Service great; wait time long 11/24/2010

Dr. Kim completed my filling in record time. However, I had to wait twenty minutes before he was available. I had already rescheduled once after waiting 30 minutes. Also, the lady who manages the finances still has not called me back about questions I had about an estimate. I've been waiting two weeks. more

A terrible experience 11/16/2010

I came in expecting my tooth to be pulled and it was not. I was in a lot of pain and the dentist gave me the impression that he was going to handle it the same day when it was only a consultation. There was no clarity on what type of treatment I was receiving and I left the way I came in, in pain and my time was wasted. more

My appointment started a few min late (which is pretty much right on time for doctors), but they give you reminders about your appt in advance, which is very helpful to someone with a busy schedule. I also enjoy the way the front area is decorated as well as the friendliness of everyone who works there. I live over half an hour away, but I keep coming back for the quality and the people. more

The number one good thing about your clinic is the care and friendliness of your entire staff.Regardless of how you feel about going to the dentist the smiles of your staff makes you forget the bad stuff. I actually am going to miss seeing all of you until the next visit comes about.Your staff is professional but caring about how we feel. The only negative I will put in goes back to the day I had to have a tooth pulled. Dr. Kim did not do this and I thankfully have forgotten the name of the guy that did it. I never told any of you because I am not a complainer but from that day forward I called him the "butcher of Bagdad". The matter of how he went about it and really never questioned me as to how I felt was pretty bad.It took a long time to do and he wasn't gentle at all. That is it, no more complaints. I thought they were a nice facility. They called to remind me of my appointment. My dental hygienist Denise was nice and explained things well. I had a cleaning. Would recommend. more

Awful!!! 10/21/2010

A dentist mainly does gleanings, fillings and root canals. So how is it possible to mess up every part?? Not only was there evident lack of communication between patient-employees, the dentist was not friendly and was rude to the techs. Every part of my dental procedure was done wrong and I was given a 'quick fix' for which I'm embarrassed to tell other dentists about. This is by far the worst dental visit I've ever had in my life. I warn people about this place and they are abhorred by the actions of this office. Oh and not only do they NOT have an emergency line, they're not open on weekends and they close at 3! Way to cater to your working crowd Lillian Miller. more

Cleaning and other work 10/6/2010

I am never nervous when seeing Caroline for cleaning. I would'nt go anywhere else. I am quite pleased with the quality of all the dental work I have had there and recommend Lillian Miller Dental. I also love the e-mail confirmation system! more
