The number one good thing about your clinic is the care and friendliness of your entire staff.Regardless of how you feel about going to the dentist the smiles of your staff makes you forget the bad stuff. I actually am going to miss seeing all of you until the next visit comes about.Your staff is professional but caring about how we feel. The only negative I will put in goes back to the day I had to have a tooth pulled. Dr. Kim did not do this and I thankfully have forgotten the name of the guy that did it. I never told any of you because I am not a complainer but from that day forward I called him the "butcher of Bagdad". The matter of how he went about it and really never questioned me as to how I felt was pretty bad.It took a long time to do and he wasn't gentle at all. That is it, no more complaints.
