My appointment started a few min late (which is pretty much right on time for doctors), but they give you reminders about your appt in advance, which is very helpful to someone with a busy schedule. I also enjoy the way the front area is decorated as well as the friendliness of everyone who works there. I live over half an hour away, but I keep coming back for the quality and the people.
