I had two teeth that have been bothering me for a long time. You know how people put things off, especially a visit to the dentist. I have both teeth taken care of and now I wonder why I waited so long. You people are the greatest. more

This was my first visit. Everyone was nice and informative. more

If I could give it less than one star, I would!\r \r This office regularly commits insurance fraud! No one pays the same amount for the same procedure (regardless of insurance) That's illegal. Offices have a fee schedule that isn't supposed to change.\r \r One of the Doctors is BEYOND inappropriate and rude. I told him I was allergic to the cain family (septocaine, lidocaine) He laughed and told me I wasn't. I'm 30 years old, I know very well what I'm allergic to. He tried to get me to shell out 150 bucks for a nightguard, as I get migraines. Before even looking in my mouth he stated that I get migraines because I grind my teeth at night. I don't. So of course, he had no answer when I demanded to know if this guard would help the menstrual migraines, and migraines from drinking alcohol or eating too much sugar.\r \r The office manager is the most uppity b*tch I've ever encountered, and made me wait a half hour in the lobby. When I finally got in her office, she was checking her facebook!!\r \r These people should be shut down. more

After my exam, I was told to wait so that Jessica could discuss a service plan with me. After waiting for a very long time I was told she was on the phone. After continuing to wait even longer I was told to go ahead and leave and she would call and e-mail me with the follow up info... she never did. The dental hygeinist was good. The Dentist seemed fine. I didn't feel like I got real clear answers from the receptionist regarding the questions I had about the paper work I had to fill out. For example, you are in network with my insurance company. You have a negotiated rate with them that you are supposed to charge. What is all this about me signing paper work that I could be paying extra beyond what they pay? This was not addressed clearly and my concern seemed to be dismissed. It seemed in my opinion that the paperwork was excessive and there were several disclosures that seemed designed to shield your office from responsibility. I realize some disclosure and paperwork is necessary but your paperwork seemed longer than normal and seemed to be all about not taking responsibility which for me creates a trust issue. Sorry for the not so good review, but overall I left with a pretty negative perception. more

The dentist and some of the assistants were great. I was not satisfied with the front desk secretary and communication between the patient and what is going to happen within the office and/or surgery. more

I was amazed to have the whole appointment done in less than one hour and I felt like I was well taken care of. more

Was polite service. Was friendly service. I was told of amount to fix my tooth, is more than thought, but will go back for the nice people there. WOrked out a payment plan. Would recommend to family/friends. more

Your entire staff makes the dreaded visit to the dentist almost enjoyable. All of you are so friendly and and all also are so competent and do your jobs well. more

After having had an extremely traumatic dental experience as a child, I subsequently developed an intensely unhealthy fear of seeing dentist - to the point of absolute petrification. However, everyone that I dealt with at Lillian Miller Dental was extremely nice, helpful, and helped to try to ease my fears. Thank you so very much - even though I am still petrified about my upcoming wisdom tooth removal on Monday, I trust that I am in good hands. more

Be careful of this office. Not everything is sterilized properly. Dr.s aren't current on their CPR certifications. A few of the dental assistants are horribly rude and are not technically registered, the one that worked on my boyfriend was just training under one of the dr.s and had no dental background whatsoever and didn't look a day over 17. The staff is also like a revolving door. There are never the same people there. And the ones that are there seem to be more concerned with checking their myspace pages in the patient rooms than working. After I finished having my crown done (which took 4 appts to get it right) I will never step foot in that office again; and for your mouth's sake you shouldn't either. Pros: parking Cons: location, awkward hours, horrible staff, inexperienced drs and assistants more
