Martin has always been on time, polite. He makes sure I know what he is doing and what will be next. I feel likes he cares about the business. He always ask "do you have any questions" and then answers them in a way I understand. Thank you Martin for doing a good job. more

Hector Tovar has excellent customer service skills. Take it from someone who has worked in customer service for over 38 years with the Los Angeles Department of Water & Power in the capacity of meter reader to Executive Manager. Hector came out July 6,2016 and not only provided exceptional service, he answered all our questions and provided information for future knowledge. After dealing with the sales rep. (Doug) who made promises he didn't keep, Hector quickly made an amends that satisfied both my wife and I. Hector is a 5 STARS service pro for Lifetime Solutions! more

Appreciate 7/13/2016

Jim was on time for his apt. which I appreciated. He was professional,friendly and kept his work area clean and dry. He explained all he was going to do and why. The new faucet he installed leaked. I was the first customer of his day, the day after I called about the leak. He was in and out quickly so i could get on with my day. more
