Service for Water system 6/28/2016

Absolutely love our system. The scheduling and service department are top notch. Michelle was a both attentive and very knowledgeable about the alkaline filter. She answered all our questions and then added more information on what to expect. Once our tech, Tommy arrived, he was the added bonus for our service! Lifetime Solutions has always been such a wonderful company. I will refer to others!!! more

Martin G is always very thorough when explaining the status on our water and air filters. He is always very conscious of our time and gives us a call when he's coming and if he's going to be late. He is very polite and always tells us if he's going in or out of the house. more

Hector Tovar Service Tech at Lifetime Solutions 6/21/2016

I believe Hector has serviced our Rain Soft Water System for the last five years. He calls the day of the service to advise of the time frame and arrives during that period. Hector comes prepared, work efficiently is friendly and answers any questions I have. I rated Hector with five stars because he earned it. The only suggestion I have for better service from Lifetime Solutions is they hire more people to answer the service desk in the morning. It is frustrating listening to the same sales pitch about all the services Lifetime offers over and over. more

Our service person, Jim McGarry was excellent, he knew alot about what was going on with our system, and was greatly appreciated to finally have someone who knew how to correct the issue, and not just come out and change filter... We will be using LifeTIme from here on out.. and will be letting family and neighbors know GREAT service and pricing... Thanks again... more

Martin Gonzales was my service provider. He called prior to coming out, Martin is very through at his job. He explains what he doing and asks if there's any questions. Very professional service provider. I would like for Martin to be my regular service provider. more

Maintenance Service 4/10/2016

We had our equipment serviced by Jim McGarry. He was punctual. Very knowledgable. He explained what he was doing and why and even had props to show. It was an eye opening experience since we have had our water softener for over 8 years and did not know how it works. We are very happy with the service so far since the company has changed recently. more
