Jim was on time for his apt. which I appreciated. He was professional,friendly and kept his work area clean and dry. He explained all he was going to do and why. The new faucet he installed leaked. I was the first customer of his day, the day after I called about the leak. He was in and out quickly so i could get on with my day.
