Hector Tovar has excellent customer service skills. Take it from someone who has worked in customer service for over 38 years with the Los Angeles Department of Water & Power in the capacity of meter reader to Executive Manager. Hector came out July 6,2016 and not only provided exceptional service, he answered all our questions and provided information for future knowledge. After dealing with the sales rep. (Doug) who made promises he didn't keep, Hector quickly made an amends that satisfied both my wife and I.
