They do not returen your calls, they do not assist the homeowner when issues and problems occur. Most important they don't manage the property has they are suppose to, they neglect their responibilities, and they just want to sit back and collect the monthly dues. Lieberman Management Company has the worst CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, the staff at Lieberman's hangs up the phone when they can't answer your questions, than they put there Manager on the phone who rudely puts you down and yells out you and tells you not to call again.
This company has the worst service and response if an emergency where to happen you are on your own, don't wait for Lieberman Management to assit you as they are hired to do, they will take 2 to 3 wweks just to return your call, if they even call you back.
