We are demanding unconditional access to the common elements as is our right. We are not going provide any special services that would not be provided to other residents under these circumstances. If you chose to remain obstinate despite our repeated requests and to where we have met your demands, as reasonable, please be prepared for further Association attorney action. The associated attorney's fees will be applied to your assessment.
