If I could give a lower rating for these folks I would. There are no words to describe the hell I've been through because of these movers. I was schedule for a Monday move with these guys. Everything was packed and ready to go..and I mean everything! I spoke to Ben so many times to schedule the move and organize everything that he was tired of me calling. My move was scheduled from 2-4. The guys didn't show up until 4.45 and my elevators closed at 5. Never mind that after 4 the elevator was used by someone else anyways. Ben swore up, down, left and right i would be compensated appropriately for the inconvenience. Given it is early in the month it was hard to schedule elevator times as such short notice. I asked Ben if we could do the move in two parts...once day out, keep the stuff in storage, and one day in. He was like yes, lets do it. It wasn't until my stuff was packed and loaded in the truck did anyone tell me that I would be charged twice for this (a move each day)! You would think that since they screwed up they would do whatever they can to fix it! I spoke to Aaron, the ""manager"" who told me that he was running a business, needed to make money, and would not adjust the moving charges. Finally after begging he told me - I will give you a discount. We will talk once the movers arrive. So I take another afternoon off from work...calling Ben every 30 minutes to see where the movers are. My elevator closes at 6; the fools show up at 5.45. My original time slot was scheduled for 3pm. Then apparently Aaron's idea of a discount is 84 dollars off. With 15 minutes to go...I had to sign the credit card transaction or they would not release my stuff. Aaron was conveniently gone for the day already. So I spoke to Ben, yet again, who AGAIN told me that yes..it was indeed all his fault, BUT I was the one who had to pay the price. Oh by the way, on top of all of these management issues, the movers were so rude. Yelling at me because I gave them bad customer feedback and asking them to be careful with my fragile items. When I spoke to the foreman he said, ""you don't understand scheduling. If the slot is at 4pm, we can show up at 4."" To which I responded, ""Um, how do you move in and out in 1 minute"". His response? ""You can move your own stuff you know""...Long story short..because of BEN'S mix up and the COMPLETE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE I paid $700 for people to be absolutely completely awful and rude to me. Because my stuff was packed up, I slept in a sleeping back for 3 days on hardwood floors and took 2 days off of work to wait for these idiots. All this to move 1.5 miles....!
