Worst move ever! They were unprofessional, rude and didn't finish the job. Many of my items were broken, damaged or missing after the move. They left my boxes in the snow, didn't assemble beds, SMOKED while bringing things into my home (even though I told the salesperson that I am 6 months pregnant and he promised they wouldn't smoke while working). When I tried to file a claim for my damaged items, they REFUSED to send one to me. They left without my signature, boxes were in the snow, and I never saw the inside of the truck to ensure all of my items were removed. I called the office to complain and was told ""they're human"" when asking why the employees were so disrespectful. I have filed claims with the BBB and ICC to recoup the money I lost from this unprofessional company. I will never use them again!\r
