Review content:
I wish I had read these reviews before using Liberty. I selected them because of the 'quoted low price', you get what u pay for I guess. \r \r The movers showed up three hours earlier then the scheduled pick up time and I told them I was not ready and to wait until the time scheduled. 10min later they say they will start moving what I had done. The movers started helping me complete the pack, which I never asked for, and for their help in completion I was just charged 300.00 extra. BAD START!\r \r Now I just received a call from the driver of my furniture (6-5-11) stating my furniture will be in NC 6-6-11 for delivery, no problem, except my apt will not be ready until 6-8-11. I called Dave last week to schedule the move and was told the EARLIEST possible date for delivery would be 6-9-11 and that my items would not leave Liberty warehouse until 6/5 or 6/6, so I planned accordingly. \r \r Now Liberty wants me to find a storage facility to hold my items, which I would have to PAY for and PAY to move the items into my apt, or PAY more money for my items to drive around the country and Dave said it could be 10 days or so before the items get back to NC, and I have less than 24hrs to make a decision. Dave even called me on 6-4-11 asking for the address, unaware that my items were already in route. How does a company ship your items without a delivery address?\r \r I asked to speak to a manager without it happening. Dave stated he spoke to a manager. This manager appears to think this situation is my fault because I did not state I had delivery restrictions. If a company rep tells you the earliest delivery day is Thurs then being ready on Wed is not a restriction. \r \r IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE, SAVE YOUR SELF THE HEADACHE, USE ANOTHER COMPANY I wish I had. I will let you my fellow consumers know what happens.\r \r Charlie S.\r \r
