Review content:
This company was hired a month in advance to move my things from one state to another. My lease was up at the end of april- Liberty was supposed to come in the morning of May 1st and take my things. They called me 15 HOURS before their scheduled pick up time and said- oh, oops, we have to cancel because our truck is broken. oh but hey, if you want to pay us an additional $500, maybe we can find a truck to rent and then come get your stuff as planned. Because somehow its my responsibility to fix their mistake? And 15 hour notice is reasonable, especially for someone who is moving a couple thousand miles away? Right.
The sales rep was rude, surprised that I was upset and irritated, and a complete jerk when I told them I would find another, more reliable, less @$$-hole-ish company to work with.
This company is AWFUL- I would find a different one to help you with your moving needs!

Cons: Complete disaster
