Customer service is severely lacking. I have had trouble getting a check that was somehow lost, but the accounts clerk said there was no record of a payment ever having been sent...

I don't know how to express my deepest gratitude enough to Liberty Management. They've continuously helped me with any of my tenants that I've had, and were always on top of everything. Thank you for your diligence and hard work. I highly recommend their services. more

It saddens me to see that anyone would write anything bad about Liberty Management and their staff. I have worked with them for several years, and not once have I come across any issues with any of them. They are great with staying on top of their business, and getting the job done. I really appreciate everything they've done for me throughout the years, and I will continue to work with them. more

Good follow-ups 10/11/2011

I just want to say, my last five years at my previous home was so memorable. I have a feeling that my new home that Property Management found for me is going to be just as memorable, if not more! I really appreciate all the help my agent gave me. She was really good with her follow-ups, and keeping me posted and informed with everything.
