Customer service is severely lacking. I have had trouble getting a check that was somehow lost, but the accounts clerk said there was no record of a payment ever having been sent...

I live in North Carolina and I have used several managers in the past, but none as good as Liberty Management. Also my tenants are happy now too because the repairs are taken care of. more

I have rented a couple properties from Liberty over the last few years and I must say it's been a great experience. The maintenance staff is responsive and reliable, and the office staff is professional and helpful. I will continue doing business with this company. more

Liberty Management is definitely about simplicity, which I love. They make it easy to report maintenance though their website. Also they made it easy to pay rent though their website or with direct debit from my checking account. Love it! more

Excellent management company! They had us moved in before the fifteenth and still gave us a pro rate. All the information has been clear. Mark's disposition has been great help to me through everything. While changing companies, one of the points I liked was how professional and clear the whole process and administration, as well as understanding our needs and concerns as tenants. more

Words cannot express how grateful we are to have ran across your management company. We were looking for a beautiful home in the 100k range and y'all found just that for us. The front and back yards are plenty big and the rooms inside of the house are the same. Our kids love the new home and so do we. Mr. Fee went beyond our expectations. When we could not contact the Realtor for a viewing of the house, Mr. Fee showed us the house and really stepped up to the plate. We love this house and will definitely recommend friends and family to Mr. Fee. Thank you very much for all of your assistance more
