I would not suggest living at Lexington Park! I agree with the bad reviews they have received. I have lived in the apartments and it was not a good experience. The water bill is outrageous! U think u will just be paying the water and sewage but u will also have to pay other fees that I feel like I should not have to pay like pest control, or a administrative fee every month oh and don't move out cause they charge u for that as well. They sell u a dream and screw at the same time. Some of the neighbors are horrible and if u complain they make it seem like it is your fault not the other person. Also the biggest disappointment is the Management staff. You never know who will be in the office. U may talk to one person one week and get someone totally different the next and they have no idea what is going on as far as work orders or anything u need done in you place. Very unprofessional. Again very disappointed with the staff and apartments. Think twice before u sign that lease. \r Be blessed! more

It's the worst. The management is horrible, and horrible people skills, they all protect each other so if you go in to complain about one employee they all turn on you. The water bill is ridiculous. They make you pay for pest control even if you don't want it or need it and if you ask for it, it doesn't happen. Their apartments are awful, you can hear your neighbors, they look like shit when you move in and then they tell you that it's your fault that it looks like that when you move out. Oh and god forbid you make a noise complaint face to face, they look for reasons to evict you as soon as the person you complained about get evicted. Just don't move here. They treated us like shit and that's why we left. They treat everyone like absolute idiots. Like I can't go online and find my renters rights, which they violate 90% of them. If you do move in because of the lower rent, trust me you're paying too much. more

worst apt i have lived in 10/23/2009

I love the location of these apartments. I have lived in these apts for about a year and half and would rather be homeless than resign my lease. The units are old, overpriced and not well insulated some of the private entrance units have interior doors on the outside. Your water is ""community water"" meaning they divide total cost between residents then adds $3.99 pest control fee and $10.95 administrative fee. No outside lights by my unit. Cars are broken into or hit on a regular basis. Neighbors always partying in parking lot. My air conditioning broke about ten times but maintenance is pretty quick about getting things fixed. My main issue with this apt is that I have had bed bugs for 4 months, my neighbor also had them. Management doesnt think its a big issue and is always trying to blow me off. I wouldnt bother with this place might be ok if your not staying long and dont care about your belongings. Pros: great location Cons: overpriced and has bug issues more

A nice place to live 5/7/2009

Get $100. off your first month's rent if you tell them David Thornton refered you.\r If you want to live close to campus but still avoid the noise, lack of parking, and frequent construction associated with campus apartments then this is a good fit. The apartmetns are spacious and clean and rent is very competive. Being located near 315 is also a plus. I have lived in his complex for over a year and haven't had one noise complaint or problem fiding parking. The only real drawl back is that they only carry Time warner Cable, AT&T or direct TV. No WOW cable services are avalible which tends to be somewhat cheaper. However, the close proximity of Walmart, Kroger, The Dollar theater, The Microcenter, and any kind of fast food you could want makes this a very convenient loaction. Pros: Competitive rates and a short drive from campus. Cons: Not located on campus more
