I love the location of these apartments. I have lived in these apts for about a year and half and would rather be homeless than resign my lease. The units are old, overpriced and not well insulated some of the private entrance units have interior doors on the outside. Your water is ""community water"" meaning they divide total cost between residents then adds $3.99 pest control fee and $10.95 administrative fee. No outside lights by my unit. Cars are broken into or hit on a regular basis. Neighbors always partying in parking lot. My air conditioning broke about ten times but maintenance is pretty quick about getting things fixed. My main issue with this apt is that I have had bed bugs for 4 months, my neighbor also had them. Management doesnt think its a big issue and is always trying to blow me off. I wouldnt bother with this place might be ok if your not staying long and dont care about your belongings.
Pros: great location
Cons: overpriced and has bug issues
