It's the worst. The management is horrible, and horrible people skills, they all protect each other so if you go in to complain about one employee they all turn on you. The water bill is ridiculous. They make you pay for pest control even if you don't want it or need it and if you ask for it, it doesn't happen. Their apartments are awful, you can hear your neighbors, they look like shit when you move in and then they tell you that it's your fault that it looks like that when you move out. Oh and god forbid you make a noise complaint face to face, they look for reasons to evict you as soon as the person you complained about get evicted. Just don't move here. They treated us like shit and that's why we left. They treat everyone like absolute idiots. Like I can't go online and find my renters rights, which they violate 90% of them. If you do move in because of the lower rent, trust me you're paying too much.
