If you want to live close to campus but still avoid the noise, lack of parking, and frequent construction associated with campus apartments then this is a good fit. The apartmetns are spacious and clean and rent is very competive. Being located near 315 is also a plus. I have lived in his complex for over a year and haven't had one noise complaint or problem fiding parking. The only real drawl back is that they only carry Time warner Cable, AT&T or direct TV. No WOW cable services are avalible which tends to be somewhat cheaper. However, the close proximity of Walmart, Kroger, The Dollar theater, The Microcenter, and any kind of fast food you could want makes this a very convenient loaction.
Pros: Competitive rates and a short drive from campus.
Cons: Not located on campus
