Where in Lexington can you find a dry cleaner that provides friendly, reliable service at a great value for your money? Not at Lexington Dry Cleaners! This is not a one time event - because of the lack of dry cleaners around, I have given them many chances. Last week was their LAST chance! I am tired of being made to feel like I am bothering the clerks simply by dropping off or picking up, tired of their expensive and constantly changing high prices (never charged the same....how do they come up with these prices?!), tired of having to iron every shirt before my husband can wear it (straight from the cleaners.....that I have paid for them to iron.) The other issue that I have is when I drop off my husbands shirts at 8:45 AM (no dry cleaning, just wash and iron!) and I am told that it will be after 6:00 PM the next day before they are ready!! Ridiculous! Pros: Hummmm..........location? Cons: poor customer service, expensive, shirts ALWAYS come back wrinkled more

I have tried these cleaners 3 times, each time my clothes were returned to me dirty and smelling awful. Counter employees are extremely rude and have a very bad attitude when confronted with problems. These people act as if they don't care if they get your business or not! With very few dry cleaning facilities in Lexington, SC there really isn't much choice at all! Their prices are high and fluctuate from visit to visit. I never know what to expect in cost. This cleaners obviously does care about their customers, nor do they care about the work they produce. I have been told by friends that the other locations for this business are just as bad. I would NOT recommend this business to anyone and will never use them again. Cons: NO customer service! Bad quality work, high prices vary from visit to visit. more

The Lexington Dry cleaners not only lost one of my very expensive sweaters, but in the same day I had to take back a coat which did not get cleaned at all. They were very visible stains and I had paid $20 for 3 items to get cleaned (one did not get cleaned, the other was lost). I proceeded to to make a complaint about the lost sweater, and asked for a refund until they found my sweater, the MANGER would not do so. And also never called me back regarding my lost item like she had PROMISED. Not to mention...I told her I was moving back to Canada in a week and told her I was not leaving here until I was reimbursed. She told me should could not do that because they might loose money??? What is wrong with this picture? I have never had to deal with such disgusting customer relations in all my life, nor have I ever heard of a dry cleaners loosing an item of clothing. The manager had poor people skills and showed no sympathy for my $200.00 designer sweater that was carelessly lost. I would highly recommend you seek another dry cleaners, this was quite the pathetic environment to be honest! Pros: none! Cons: everything! more
