I have tried these cleaners 3 times, each time my clothes were returned to me dirty and smelling awful. Counter employees are extremely rude and have a very bad attitude when confronted with problems. These people act as if they don't care if they get your business or not! With very few dry cleaning facilities in Lexington, SC there really isn't much choice at all! Their prices are high and fluctuate from visit to visit. I never know what to expect in cost. This cleaners obviously does care about their customers, nor do they care about the work they produce. I have been told by friends that the other locations for this business are just as bad. I would NOT recommend this business to anyone and will never use them again.
Cons: NO customer service! Bad quality work, high prices vary from visit to visit.
