Where in Lexington can you find a dry cleaner that provides friendly, reliable service at a great value for your money? Not at Lexington Dry Cleaners! This is not a one time event - because of the lack of dry cleaners around, I have given them many chances. Last week was their LAST chance! I am tired of being made to feel like I am bothering the clerks simply by dropping off or picking up, tired of their expensive and constantly changing high prices (never charged the same....how do they come up with these prices?!), tired of having to iron every shirt before my husband can wear it (straight from the cleaners.....that I have paid for them to iron.) The other issue that I have is when I drop off my husbands shirts at 8:45 AM (no dry cleaning, just wash and iron!) and I am told that it will be after 6:00 PM the next day before they are ready!! Ridiculous!
Pros: Hummmm..........location?
Cons: poor customer service, expensive, shirts ALWAYS come back wrinkled
