I found out about Dr. Gaskill several years ago from someone at work. My family and I have been delighted to know her. She is a kind and caring person. My wife describes it best, ?I feel like I am going to see a friend, not a doctor.? Unfortunately we both have several chronic medical conditions, but Dr. Gaskill takes great care of us. She is always on the cutting edge of research and advancements. Dr. Gaskill tells it like it is, you have to eat right and exercise, but she has even made that easier for us with the health and wellness mission, Plague Busters. Now our team mates hold us accountable when we are not doing our part. Dr. Gaskill is a wonderful person and physician. more

I went to this office for a sinus infection, because my previous doctor could not get me in, which was always a problem. Everyone at Dr. Gaskill’s office was so pleasant and welcoming that I am now a regular patient there. This office always gets me in when I am sick, the nurse always returns my calls, and they are even open on some Saturdays. The staff is friendly, and Dr, Gaskill is great. She answers my questions, and makes me understand my current health problems. She is really proactive in preventing heart disease, which I am grateful for. I highly recommend this office to everyone. more

Dr. Gaskill has cured my hot flashes. I have been her patient for years, and she takes care of all of my medical needs. She is a wonderful, caring doctor. When I started going through menopause I was miserable, so I went to see her. She told me about the laser treatment she has been doing, and it sounded great, almost too good to be true. I tried it, and it worked. No more hot flashes, night sweats, or mood swings. I feel great. I recommend her and the laser treatment to all of my friends. more

Dr. Gaskill was recommended to me by my neighbor, and now I know why. I have been with her for several months and just love her. Occasionally I will have to wait a bit to get in with her, but I know I will not feel rushed when she gets to me. She is so understanding and patient. I did not know about my potential for heart disease until she started testing me, but now we are working on it. She is genuinely concerned about my health. I now recommend her to everyone I know, even if they already have a doctor. She is great! The staff is great too; they greet me by name whenever I walk in the door. more

Dr. Gaskill and her staff are very rude and I am very unhappy with my experience. Every time I go in, I end up waiting 40-60 minutes to be seen. Better yet, it takes forever to schedule an appointment with Dr. Gaskill, I probably only get to see her once a year, and that is because it is required. I have been a patient for 3 years, and it has been a terrible experience. The staff is not friendly, and not accommodating at all. You need to make an appointment to see a doctor even if it is a simple question about something. They were not helpful. Even if I needed a form signed, I had to see the doctor and waste my $$ on a co-pay. I have spent a huge amount of money on visits for simple questions that could have been answered over the telephone. I had also explained to Dr. Gaskill and Jan that I do not live in the area, still I was forced to drive out to their office for nonsense paperwork. Her receptionist is rude on the phone and in person, she is also very impatient. I sensed a lot of racism from her staff and will never go back. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone, please be careful, they will only eat your money! more

Dr. Gaskill and Jan are the Best! I have been a patient for many years and have received nothing but the best care. The nurses and office staff are excellent as well. I too was skeptical of the laser therapy, but I now have so much faith in it. I have been a LONG time sufferer of Irritable Bowel Syndrome with little to no relief after countless tests and GI specialists. I have had a tremendous amount of improvement and I've only just begun the treatments. It's just amazing to me! The tests have shown TRUE imbalances like bee stings (which I have been tested positive for a life threatening allergy). I completely trust Dr. Gaskill, her knowledge and her passion for health! more

Don't know much about Dr. Gaskill herself, but I love Jan. She is so thoughtful and willing to sit and listen to any problem or concern I have. I never feel rushed with her. However, my one complaint is with their nursing staff. They never smile or say hello and always have miserable looks on their face. I don't really understand how you can be a nurse or nurse tech with such a miserable attitude. more

I have never met a more caring doctor. Dr. Gaskill goes above and beyond what any other doctor has ever done for me and my family. Her actions show that she wants to keep her patients healthy. Her new website is very informative, and it connects us to plaque busters. That is the health initiative that Dr. Gaskill started to get everyone motivated to get healthy. I have been a patient of Dr. Gaskill’s for years now, and I love her, but I was a little skeptical about the laser allergy treatment that she started doing until I tried it. My allergies were so bad that I could not go outside and play with my kids. After completing the treatments now I can. It has been great. I don’t have to suffer anymore. I am telling everyone I know about it, and it works for so much more than just allergies. I am so grateful to have an open minded doctor. more

I met Dr. Gaskill for the first time several weeks ago. I went to her because I am new to the area and had read the good reviews about her. They were right. I have never felt more at ease with a doctor. She made me feel comfortable and let me know she really cared about getting me healthy. I have never had any problems at this office. They were even able to help me with a problem with my insurance. Apparently the insurance company had my birth date listed wrong so my claims were denied. When I got the bill from Dr. Gaskill's office I called and they were able to tell me what the problem was and how to fix it. Everyone at Dr. Gaskill's office is great. Dr. Gaskill as my doctor has truly changed my life for the better. She is so knowledgeable and really works with you to make sure you're feeling your best. The staff is great, too. I've never been to a doctor that made it clearer that she really cared about you and how you're doing. The office has always been able to work me in, even last-minute. Dr. Gaskill will also quickly give a referral to a local expert when you need additional care. She is patient and makes sure she has addressed everything and that you leave understanding your illness /issue and treatments. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to friends and family. more

I never been to a better doctor's office. From the initial phone call, to the walk out of the door it is a great experience. The office staff is very pleasant, and accommodating. Dr. Gaskill is very thorough and provides the best medical care. My lab results are explained to me by her on the voicemail. I love the personal attention she provides. Dr. Gaskill is very passionate about keeping her patients healthy. We have been seeing her for years, and can't image going anywhere else. You may have to wait sometimes, but not long, and she is worth the wait. She takes her time to explain tests, labs, and results to us. We never leave without knowing why she ordered a test, or what the results were. We never feel rushed, and all of our questions are answered. The tests that she does to determine heart disease are top of the line, and no one else is offering them. None of my friends have had them done because their doctors does not do them. Now my friends are changing to Dr. Gaskill. There is no place better! more

I've been a patient of Dr. Leslie Gaskill's and P.A. Jan Gunn for approx. 4 years now and overall their service is good and their staff is usually courteous and helpful. My biggest complaint is the ridiculous wait times associated with each appointment. Today, I had an 11:30am appointment for a typical 10min. blood work procedure. So I drove 30min. to arrive there at 11:25am. I waited in the Waiting Room for 35min. (till 12:00pm) before being called in to get my weight, temp, and blood pressure checked. Then they stuck me in the Examination Room for 1hr. (till 1:00pm) without a word, explanation, or else wise. So after waiting for 1hr and 30min with no one checking in, apologizing for the wait or explaining what the holdup is, I decided to leave and return to work. How can a Practice get upset when a patient is late or charge a patient a late fee because they missed an appointment, but at the same time, show no care or concern on how long a patient has to wait to be seen. 45min is average, but 1hr and 30min wait for a 10min procedure is Ridiculous!!\r \r ""Patients will leave a practice if they feel that their time has been disrespected,"" said Stephen Albrecht, MD, a family physician and medical director of Olympia Family Medicine in Washington. “When patients have been sitting long past their appointment times, an apology and an explanation also can go a long way to appease them. Front-office staff can keep patients up to date and let them know how long they may be waiting, but physicians also can handle this task.”\r more

Contrary to some of the other reviews, I find Dr. Gaskill and her staff to be quite plesant and professional. Yes, there is sometimes a slight wait but that's not to be unexpected in any physician's office. Also, it is a business so you can expect to be charged for services performed by trained prefessionals whose time you must respect. This is not a boutique, it's a medical professional's office.\r \r I especially appreciate Dr. Gaskill's attention to preventative care. Her attention to detail is reassuring. and she answers my questions in a thoughtful and considerate manner.
