Dr. Gaskill is so kind and caring. She takes care of my entire family. We never feel rushed when we are there, and she answers all of our questions. You can tell she truly cares for her patients. Dr. Gaskill is very knowledgable, and has a passion for disease prevention. The staff is also very pleasant and kind too. This doctor actually told me that I was wasting her time with all my questions. She told me to ""go look at the mound of work on my desk, I don't have time to answer your questions."" I always wait 46 to 80 minutes to be seen, then I am rushed along. I have had several appointemnets cancelled on me the day of the appointment. When I read the negative comments on this site, I was astounded. My Husband and I have been going to Dr. Gaskill for several years now and we both think that she and Jan her P.A. are very warm, very attenative and truly caring. I have never been treated rudely by anyone in her office. As far as waiting, sure I have had to wait but not that long, certainly no longer than any other Dr.'s office. I have always felt that they work hard to keep your wait to the least amount of time possible. If they do run behind it is only because they have taken the extra time that was needed with a patient and I don't mind that because when it is my turn they take all the time I need to listen to me and talk with me about my health and concerns. As a matter of fact I don't see myself or my husband ever having anyone else as our primary care doctor and would highly recommend Dr. Gaskill to anyone who needs a great doctor, a doctor like her is truly a rare find. I went in for a flu shot and was billed $120. It was a $50 office visit, I never even made into a room, I got my shot in the lab area and never saw a doctor. Then I was billed $35 for the shot and $35 to administer the shot. My appt. was 10:30 and I wasn't seen until 11:04, even though I arrived 5 minutes early. When I arrived to sign in, there was a disagreement that I owed a $30 co-pay, when I've never had a $30 co-pay. I enjoy seeing Jan, the PA, but the billing and business practices are making it necessary to find a new doctor. My past routine physical took 7 months to sort out all the errors in their billing, far too long for my taste. more

I waited approximately 45 min's each visit, and I was on time for the appointment. This office also overcharged my account for a one page depression screen that they charged $100.00 for when my insurance covered it, they said it didn't. They finally admitted to the mistake and made the corrections. Also they made a mistake on two separate occasions by calling in the wrong medications to my pharmacy. When I relocated, I explained that I need a few days of medication so that I can switch to a doctor closer, they then explained that I needed to set an appointment, which is understood, however, I explained that their office was too far 45min-1hour for me to get there and I would not be able to hold an appointment. On the day of the appointment they called, and stated that there would be a $55.00 charge for not showing up. I am very disappointed with this office and the level of service that I received. Dr. Gaskill is a wonderful physician and truly cares about her patients. At my yearly exam I had some tests done, when the results came in they were abnormal. Dr. Gaskill asked that I schedule an appointment to review them. I was so worried, but they were able to get me in the very next day. She took her time to review everything and answered all of my questions. She put my worries at ease. Additional testing was recommended, those were abnormal as well, but Dr. Gaskill was able to get me in with the needed specialist to have the surgical procedure that I needed. I feel very confident in Dr. Gaskill?s medical knowledge, and greatly appreciate the care that she provides. The office staff and PA are great too. I have never scheduled an appointment where I was not asked who I wanted to see, I have always been given the option to see either Dr. Gaskill or the PA. more

I just landed at this site looking to confirm the doctor's phone number. I was astounded to see the ""rude"" comments. These comments cannot be about the same person. My wife and I have been in several times - separately and together - and have had completely competent, courteous and professional service. Appointments have been on time and Dr. Gaskill has been very thorough about examinations, evaluations and treatments and has taken the time needed to discuss any issues with us. My husband and I have been seeing this doctor for approximately 6 years and think that she is wonderful. She has always been attentive to our concerns and thorough with whatever we were seeing her for at the time. Our experience in her office has been pleasant. We believe that she and her staff are quite competent and professional, and we will continue to go to her in the future. more

Dr.Gaskill and her staff are very unprofessional. I've had many Doctors in various states and she is the worst. She was not attentive to my concerns, slow to to see you and quick to get you out the office. The staff is very rude. I would not recommend this Doctor to anyone. Good luck with curing anything but a cold. Despite detailing my symptoms in advance, the doctor rudely cut off the appointment short, explaining that she was busy and I would need to schedule (and pay for) a second appointment to continue my diagnosis. I was seen for about 1/2 an hour after waiting an hour. The next available appointment was weeks later.\r \r This was for a complaint of a sudden and recent number of lumps that have appeared around my body in the past two months. I was bluntly told that I was probably just a ""cyst former"" and I would need to schedule a followup if I wanted to look into it more. I told the staff what I was coming in for prior to going!\r \r This diagnosis was with no blo0d tests, and a minimal physical examination. Most of the appointment was consumed by collecting my family history. Once that was done I was basically charged and kicked out the door. I have been to this office several times. Each visit is great. The staff is always courteous and accomadating when scheduling appointments, and even more friendly in person. Dr. Gaskill is always very attentive to my health concerns and addresses all of my issues. I never feel rushed when I am there, she takes her time with me to explain everything. My test results were relayed to me in a timely manner, and I have never had a problem getting refills or referrals. I know at this office my health is in good hands. Pros: Service more
