Dr. Gaskill and her staff are very rude and I am very unhappy with my experience. Every time I go in, I end up waiting 40-60 minutes to be seen. Better yet, it takes forever to schedule an appointment with Dr. Gaskill, I probably only get to see her once a year, and that is because it is required. I have been a patient for 3 years, and it has been a terrible experience. The staff is not friendly, and not accommodating at all. You need to make an appointment to see a doctor even if it is a simple question about something. They were not helpful. Even if I needed a form signed, I had to see the doctor and waste my $$ on a co-pay. I have spent a huge amount of money on visits for simple questions that could have been answered over the telephone. I had also explained to Dr. Gaskill and Jan that I do not live in the area, still I was forced to drive out to their office for nonsense paperwork. Her receptionist is rude on the phone and in person, she is also very impatient. I sensed a lot of racism from her staff and will never go back. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone, please be careful, they will only eat your money! more
