Les Schwab Tire Ctr

We called ahead to make sure Les Schwab had 2 special tires that we needed. They confirmed over the phone they had the tires so we made an appointment to come in, cash in hand. We checked in and after waiting for an hour (with two young children under the age of 6 nonetheless) we finally went up to the counter after being ignored and that is when they announced that, in fact, they only had 1 tire in stock. Oh, but we could order the other one if we wanted to (we didn't). Talk about a waste of time! Oh, and they tried to call us at home (of course they didn't reach us because we were in their LOBBY and, yes, we were there the entire time and they knew this because we checked in when we got there). Total inconsideration of our time and poor customer service- will not be going back. more

My husband needed to have our 5th wheel trailer wheel bearings checked. We've had the trailer about 10 years, and have never had anything done to them. Les Schwab has always been a favorite place to take our cars, but he learned they do a lot of RV's also. He checked with Olinger (Camping World) and learned they'd charge about $100 more for the same thing.., and you KNOW we would've had to drop it off and pick it up a week later ... At Schwab's he dropped by for a 1 p.m. appointment, they recommended packing the bearings, and it was done 1 1/2 hours later. Everything we expected at a lesser price. We love Les Schwab!!! more

One of my tires blew on a Saturday morning, and the tow-truck driver fitted the emergency tire for me. I went along to Schwab expecting to pay through the nose, and spend the rest of my day sitting in a waiting room. Boy, was I wrong. They were so helpful & proficient. They came out to my car and jotted down the details. They then pulled up 3 options for tire replacements. The mid-priced option was still very cheap, so I opted to replace all 4 tires (since the other 3 were the same age as the one that blew). They said it would take 20 minutes, and it did. They put the emergency wheel back in the trunk, and fitted all 4 new ones without charging me a whole bunch of additional fees. PROS: Very helpful. Fast service. No BS. these guys get it done and they get it done fast...they answer every question you have and if they dont know it they find out...if you want you can stand by your car and they tell you what they're doing to it so you know for the future...i took my brakes there during the spring and had em redone...almost end of summer now and they were squealing like nothing...got in there and and they checked em out...now i had only driven the car 3 miles from my house to les schwab and they guy said my rotors were hotter than that of a nascar car during a race...i ordered some parts from em to be put on the following week i get there and UNDER WARRANTY they did a complete brake job only problem was they got the wrong side rotor...instead of saying SOL tho they ordered the next pair to arrive the following morning...gave me a new set of non slotted rotors to drive home and through town as needed and not only that but gave me the credit of the new rotors since they could be used again towards the new r more

This is the first Les Schwab I've ever been to where they actually did come out to my car to greet me. like you see in the commercials. I never hesitate to have my tires taken care of or replaced by Les Schwab dealers. Good deals + Good service = Happy ME more

Car repair places get a bad rap, but I'll tell you that I trust Les Schwab. I've taken my car there many times for brakes and tires and they aim to get it right. Some locations serve up free popcorn while you wait - - good to keep the kids occupied. Hang onto your warranties, cause they help when you go back in with something wrong on your car when Schwab originally did the work. PROS: very efficient and friendly CONS: more

I have never had any complaints about Les Schwab. They are always there when I need a flat fixed...even if I didn't buy my tires there. I no longer shop around for tires. They are first class in customer service! PROS: The "Nordstroms" of tire care CONS: The smell of rubber can get sickening while you wait more
