Review content:
One of my tires blew on a Saturday morning, and the tow-truck driver fitted the emergency tire for me. I went along to Schwab expecting to pay through the nose, and spend the rest of my day sitting in a waiting room. Boy, was I wrong. They were so helpful & proficient. They came out to my car and jotted down the details. They then pulled up 3 options for tire replacements. The mid-priced option was still very cheap, so I opted to replace all 4 tires (since the other 3 were the same age as the one that blew). They said it would take 20 minutes, and it did. They put the emergency wheel back in the trunk, and fitted all 4 new ones without charging me a whole bunch of additional fees.
PROS: Very helpful. Fast service. No BS.
CONS: None - great experience.
