We called ahead to make sure Les Schwab had 2 special tires that we needed. They confirmed over the phone they had the tires so we made an appointment to come in, cash in hand. We checked in and after waiting for an hour (with two young children under the age of 6 nonetheless) we finally went up to the counter after being ignored and that is when they announced that, in fact, they only had 1 tire in stock. Oh, but we could order the other one if we wanted to (we didn't). Talk about a waste of time! Oh, and they tried to call us at home (of course they didn't reach us because we were in their LOBBY and, yes, we were there the entire time and they knew this because we checked in when we got there). Total inconsideration of our time and poor customer service- will not be going back.
