I am not a huge fan of hiring cleaning services because no one really knows how to do the job right. Areas missed, not getting behind things or dusting. I would honestly say that I was somewhat impressed with the attention of detail this crew had. Nothing like the last cleaning crew I had hired from a living social coupon. more

Good: The discount they put on LivingSocial for cleaning. Nowadays cleaning services want way to much money for a few hours of cleaning, So the discount was great. Customer Service was good getting a appointment was a little rough at first but after they hired more staff I was able to get a way earlier appointment then I expected.. Bad: They were about 15 mins late, and I can understand how traffic can be sometimes coming out of Philadelphia. It wouldn't have been a real big deal if I didn't have a meeting to go to that day. Improvements: They already hired more staff , so that was my only concern.. Other: Overall the have done a excellent Job in my home. Probably will not hire another cleaning service until I can get another deal though. TOO EXPENSIVE for me. more

I actually written this review on yelp for this company and it got filtered, so i will copy my experience here. Read below. I want to share my experiences with Living Social and LBS. I purchased the voucher as a gift for a friend for carpet cleaning and it was a very simple and quick process for me. At first I was kind of upset because I had to wait for an appointment that was too long. I spoke with an employee there name Melissa who said that they were bringing more people on board as well open up evenings, nights and weekends and they will call back. I got my call back and within 3days and was scheduled for an appointment right away. I was able to get a weekend appointment which was a plus for me because I work many hours during the week. They have done a great job with the carpets and offered a free hour a cleaning for the small inconvenience. I now use them for a once a month for a routine clean. more
