I actually written this review on yelp for this company and it got filtered, so i will copy my experience here. Read below.
I want to share my experiences with Living Social and LBS. I purchased the voucher as a gift for a friend for carpet cleaning and it was a very simple and quick process for me. At first I was kind of upset because I had to wait for an appointment that was too long. I spoke with an employee there name Melissa who said that they were bringing more people on board as well open up evenings, nights and weekends and they will call back. I got my call back and within 3days and was scheduled for an appointment right away. I was able to get a weekend appointment which was a plus for me because I work many hours during the week. They have done a great job with the carpets and offered a free hour a cleaning for the small inconvenience. I now use them for a once a month for a routine clean.
