Good: The discount they put on LivingSocial for cleaning. Nowadays cleaning services want way to much money for a few hours of cleaning, So the discount was great. Customer Service was good getting a appointment was a little rough at first but after they hired more staff I was able to get a way earlier appointment then I expected.. Bad: They were about 15 mins late, and I can understand how traffic can be sometimes coming out of Philadelphia. It wouldn't have been a real big deal if I didn't have a meeting to go to that day. Improvements: They already hired more staff , so that was my only concern.. Other: Overall the have done a excellent Job in my home. Probably will not hire another cleaning service until I can get another deal though. TOO EXPENSIVE for me.
