I recently took my Honda Pilot to a local Honda dealer to have an airbag recall issue addressed. While I was there, I asked them to perform an oil change, too. Later that day, the dealership called to inform me that the oil plug was "too tight" and they were afraid that the threads on the oil pan were stripped. They also rattled off a list of services and repairs that they said were "urgent." I took their report and my vehicle back to Lee Rollins Firestone and asked them to look into it. Turns out, the guys at Lee Rollins were able to perform the oil change without any issue. In fact, the oil plug was loose and dripping oil. They also informed me that the list of "urgent" repairs and services were all part of a service that was due anyway. Furthermore, the dealer's brake analysis was incorrect and backwards. This just adds to list of reasons that I have taken my vehicles to Lee Rollins for the last 18 years. Thank You! more

Honest, quality service with a smile 11/14/2015

I've been here a number of times, this latest time I was 20 minutes late to a 4pm Friday appointment, they were understanding and adjusted me into their busy schedule. Finding a decent and honest mechanic these days can be like finding a needle in a haystack, if you've had some horror stories at other places I highly recommend you try Lee Rollins Firestone. Everyone is so nice and they give the BEST customer service. I commute just so I can obtain trust worthy service and I always leave with a smile on my face. Excellent! I had made an appointment brought my car in and before I had a chance to sit down they were already taking my car in to be worked on. I was in and out in no time. They guys are always very nice and helpful. Mark Pacitti, the owner is always on me this needs to be done that needs to be done. He makes sure my car always runs smooth. The service writter by the name if Robert, is very good at what he does, he was very honest & never pushy at all about what services are coming up for the next visit in the future, he told me what they found and what he recommends me to do in the near future, just good ol fashion honesty, not just a oh you need this this & that kind of salesmenship, i seriously appreciate all there help, i will be back again. more
