I recently took my Honda Pilot to a local Honda dealer to have an airbag recall issue addressed. While I was there, I asked them to perform an oil change, too. Later that day, the dealership called to inform me that the oil plug was "too tight" and they were afraid that the threads on the oil pan were stripped. They also rattled off a list of services and repairs that they said were "urgent." I took their report and my vehicle back to Lee Rollins Firestone and asked them to look into it. Turns out, the guys at Lee Rollins were able to perform the oil change without any issue. In fact, the oil plug was loose and dripping oil. They also informed me that the list of "urgent" repairs and services were all part of a service that was due anyway. Furthermore, the dealer's brake analysis was incorrect and backwards. This just adds to list of reasons that I have taken my vehicles to Lee Rollins for the last 18 years. Thank You!
