Oil change & smog. 1/31/2017

I always get a great appointment, and I am not held up for more than a few minutes after arriving and always done on time. They make great suggestions that benefit me as the customer. I find this Firestone franchise on Miramar Rd. very trustworthy as opposed to the Firestone franchise on Mira Mesa Blvd. more

Great Service on Short Notice 1/27/2017

I noticed that the front driver's side tire on my truck had what turned out to be a bolt lodged in it. Usually, I schedule all of my auto maintenance and repairs with Lee Rollins Firestone in advance. However, this was urgent and needed to be addressed immediately. I placed a call to the folks at Lee Rollins Firestone and they told me to bring the truck right on over. Within 20 minutes, they had fixed my tire, processed my paperwork, and I was on my way. Just another reason why I have been with Lee Rollins Firestone for the last 22 years. Thank you! more

Great service 1/7/2017

I have brought my car to Lee Rollins for the past 7 years and will continue to do so. My brother's car needed an oil change and had smoke coming from the hood so I knew who to call. Mark made me an appointment the next day and I did not have to wait long. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a reliable car shop. more

Trustworthy professional 1/3/2017

Lee Rollins has a crew of professional mechanics who perform excellent work, which they stand behind, and prices are always fair. This is one of the few places that still has an honor code and always treats the customer right. No tricks, just an honest shop of mechanics that do their best by the customer and gives you a reason to come back when your car needs fixing. more

Tune up 1/1/2017

I had to have my truck towed into the shop thinking it was going to be a big job and I was going to be out of a car for a few days. Mark called me later on in the day and what I needed was a tune up. I was able to pick up my truck that day spent much less than what I thought. Guys are always wonderful. more

Another Professional Visit 12/6/2016

Once again, the people at Lee Rollins Firestone came through with flying colors. They were able to take care of my truck and my wife's SUV (oil changes, brakes, tires, and an alignment) on consecutive days without any issues. I have been with Lee Rollins Firestone for over 20 years and have always been pleased with their service. They continue to keep our vehicles in shape, and would recommend them for any auto service. more

My car is like NEW!!! :) 12/2/2016

My Lexus is250 needed a lot of work and was not driving like a Lexus should. After taking it to Lee Rollins Firestone I feel as though my baby is brand new again and I love how she drives!! I always receive the BEST costumer services and prices. They are simply the best and so trust worthy!! more

I've been using Lee Rollins Firestone for 6 years. They've always been clear about what the issues with my vehicle are, how long and how much it will cost. My issues were always fixed the first time around. Plus The waiting room has WiFi. more
