I recently purchased a certified 2011 CX-9 at LJ after looking at several other dealers with similar models. I am a tough negotiator and did not make the process easy on their sales staff and made them really work to get a fair deal. While I was able to close the deal with LJ, it was primarily due to the fact I could not find a similar used certified CX-9 and they one they had was what I wanted. Customer service was fair but not great; sales staff mostly concerned with closing the deal rather than gaining a customer. It did not feel like a "family business" as they advertise and I left feeling less then satisfied with their service.
