Dr. Lau was super patient and understanding of my fears and concerns. His assistant was also very understanding and explained what I would be feeling. The person who made my temporary crown was also excellent. The entire team here in this office has always treated me with such respect. I thank all of the team. But I must say, Carmen is always willing to listen to my questions and is very good in explaining my options and we work out a plan for my dental care. I've been reading the bad reviews below and I can only tell you about our experiences, which have been very good. We've been customers there for about 4 years now and they've been a godsend. My wife suffers from severe anxiety and a terrible gag reflex, so anything really invasive is a huge challenge for her. Their DOCS (conscious sedation) procedure is fantastic and has made it possible for her to have the serious dental work that she needed done. I was particularly impressed by the bone graft (actually not so much a graft as stimulating the growth of new bone) in her lower jaw..fantastic work! The doctors have been almost invariably helpful, informative, skilled and really nice people in general. Drs. Roisman, Friedman, Hunt and Hopper particularly come to mind, and some of the staff are heroes. I particularly like Bobby, who makes each surgery appointment as pleasant as possible, and Amber, who's been so helpful with all the scheduling details that a complicated program of dental work requires. Now..a few words about some of the negative reviews. They ARE a big business, and they have lots (I'd guess somewhere between 50 and 100) people working for them. That means it's not going to be as personalized as your friendly neighborhood dentist, obviously. Particularly if you have to see more than one doctor on a visit it can take some waiting as he or she is held up in another appointment, etc. *shrug* It's the price you pay for dealing with a large dental office with a large staff of specialized dentists. The other piece of bad news is usually the cost. Dental Plus can do some great work for you, but your insurance is going to cover a small fraction of it, so there will be a large bill to pay. We've found Carmen, who handles the finances, VERY helpful in this, and I just don't recognize the experiences in the other reviews as something I'd expect from Carmen. I can only talk about our experiences with her and they've been wonderful. Yay, Carmen! If I had any criticism is that they're sometimes a little chaotic in that information doesn't get passed from one person to the next. Just the hazard of a large office, I guess, and no biggie. Summarizing...a great group of dentists, who can do wonderful work. Their DOCS (conscious sedation) procedure is a life-saver for anyone with serious dental anxiety problems. And no, this is not a paid announcement, nor am I Dr.Roisman with a false moustache. I'll be happy to talk to anyone who wants to know more about our experiences there. more

I was not the typical patient because I have had brain trauma years ago and everything is much harder for me including dental treatment. I had 8 implants and oral surgery at Dental plus they made me feel that they cared about me and my health. Dr. Freidman is a hero! I am very satisfied with my results and smile. more

Dr. Friedman is truly accomplished at fitting my partial plate. Dr. Farid is an excellent dental surgeon who made the necessary extractions as painless as possible. Dr. Le Trong showed himself to be a genuine artist as he """"rebuilt"""" my damaged teeth with his skills at making and fitting crowns. Additional work done by other specialists was done equally as well.\r The Dental Assistants, including Jaime and Bobby were genuinely concerned with my comfort. Dr. Farid and Bobby are an excellent team. I came to have my two teeth extracted with local anesthesia. I mentioned to Dr. Farid that I had avoided that day for so many years due to a bad experience at a previous dental office. I commend the job Dr. Farid and staff had done. The next day I had no pain and was back to my daily routine. The process of having my teeth extracted was quick and done with ease. The doctor provided medicine and great information on how to care for my teeth and area that was treated. Dental Plus has a warm and friendly staff, clean facility and great dentists. Before going to Dental Plus. I was terrified of dentists. I have had some very bad experiences but since I've been going to Dental PLUS, everything has good great. Yes, they can be pricy but its certainly worth it. As long as I keep needing dental wok, I will continue to go to Dental Plus. more

I have been seeing Dr. Roisman for a little over 3 years. I always have a positive experience with him and his office staff. Recently, I had a 10 year old crown replaced. I WAS AMAZED AT THE DIFFERENCE IN QUALITY between the two crowns. The first one was to big and didn't match the other front tooth. It stood out and was quite noticeable. Dr. Letrong, matched the size perfectly, he sent me to the lab so that they could customize the match and make the tooth look exactly as the other front tooth. I've never been happier. People have already noticed the change. I would recommend Dr. Letrong and Dr. Roisman and his practice to anyone who wants high quality work done. more

I have been going to Dental Plus for about 2 years now. The program that they have implemented has improved my gum problems. I have seen many dentists over the years and this has been the first time a dentist has been able t correct my deep pockets and i have seen great improvement in my gum issues. I only wish i have started going to them 10 years ago. more

I am a bit of a procrastinator when it comes to dental work. I had pain for a few weeks and then decided I needed to see a dentist. I called and had an appointment the next day. I was told that an implant would be the best option for my tooth so I decided to go ahead since it would be the most natural-looking option. I was fitted for a temporary and then scheduled to have surgery, which I wasn't happy about. They gave me pill sedation which was great, I went to work hours later without feeling weird. My tooth looks so real, no one knows. Thanks Dr. Hunt and Dental Plus I'm really happy with the results of my implant! more

I had a great experience and results at Dental Plus. I was uneasy about going to the dentist but I am glad I decided to make the appointment. I am diabetic and had a poor fitting lower denture. I could barely chew my food. It was important for me to eat properly. After my consultation I decided to get 4 mini implants for my lower jaw. I am so glad I proceded. Now I have no problems chewing my food. The surgery was fast as well as the healing. The doctors and staff were great and helped me feel at ease. I highly recommend Dental Plus. more

A fantastic collection of highly skilled people. My wife has had serious issues in the past with her gag reflex and dentist-related anxiety, so when we first found out about Dental Plus and their DOCS procedures (conscious oral sedation - basically a pill before surgery) it sounded too good to be true. Well, 4 years later and all I can say is ""wow""... she's been able to have the extensive dental work she needed done without any anxiety problems. The DOCS procedure really is amazing. But the quality of the work done by Dental Plus is also amazing. I was particularly impressed by the bone graft (not really a bone graft, more a way to stimulate natural bone growth) that completely repaired her lower jaw. The doctors have been informative, friendly and very open to full discussion of all treatments. Drs. Roisman, Friedman, Hunt and Hopper deserve special mention as going above and beyond the call of duty. But the rest of the staff is just as wonderful. I have to sing the praises of Bobby, who makes every surgery appointment as nice as possible, Amber, who brings such a genuine interest in doing the best she can for us, and Carmen, without whose excellent financial counsel and willingness to work with us none of this would be possible. I've read some bad reviews of Dental Plus and they annoy me. Yes, there is usually a big bill to pay for the more advanced work, but that's because dental insurance covers so little of it. Yes, it's a big office with lots of staff so it feels less personal than the old neighborhood dentist, but that's only natural and not necessarily a bad thing. Adjust your expectations, people! We're happy customers and fans. more

I was referred by general dentist. I needed a dentist who knew how to treat complex mouths. It turned out Dr. Roisman;s office is a specialty office who dealt with reconstructions of the mouth. I found Dr. Roisman to be very caring, gentle, and personable. He explained everything in complete detail and really showed how much he cared about me as a patient. I was very satisfied with the result and really happy with my smile. Anyone who has dental problems should definitely see Dr. Roisman. I was so thrilled with everything that I referred my son to him. more
