Loved going to this salon!! I go to Amy and she is just so fun and has a great personality! She always makes me look so trendy and does a great color and cut! I like the wide variety of services that they offer and I can get everything done at once. I will definitly be going there all the time. I drive over an hour for each appointment I make with Last Tangle, and it is WELL WORTH IT!!! The ladies of Last Tangle, are absolutely the best at the services they offer. Amanda has cut, colored and highlighted my hair and I absolutely love my hair, each time! & I receive so many compliments on it, as well. Courtney & Amanda & Becky & Jen have styled my hair and always are both creative, as well as listen to what styles I am wanting for the day. While I have only used the hair services at Last Tangle, I am also interested in trying their other services out: waxing, nails, etc.... These ladies REALLY know their stuff & I KNOW i can trust ALL of their services! I will absolutely continue to do business with Last Tangle! YOU really should check them out! I was in town to be with my daughter and I needed a cut and color so badly. It was recommended to try the Last Tangle and what a great experience. Not only did I walk out of the salon with no gray hairs I had a neat new color and cut. All of the women I encountered there were very nice and friendly. It wasn't just one, but all of them. So I was in Overland Park Visiting my daughter for about a week and my hair has been driving me crazy so my daughter suggested we go get our hair done! We went to last tangle and the eople there were so helpful and friendly! They were very proffesional and very timely! I got my hair cut and usually Iwalk out of the salon not completely happy but Rose did a great job on my hair and a younger girl did my daughters hair and we both were so pleased! I only came to the Last Tangle to get my brows done by Darshita. I called to make an appointment the other day with her only to find out through a very rude receptionist that she is no longer there. The girl on the phone was not helpful at all and refused to help me locate Darshita. I was never really impressed with the Last Tangle and I hope they know their business will suffer from the loss of Darshita! Pros: nothing! Cons: They lost the best eyebrow stylist in town more

This is the worst salon ever!!!!!!!! I went in and Darshita was not there, so I had someone else cut my hair and it was god awful! I couldn't even believe how bad of a job she did! I mean, I have been going there for a while now and this girl always stands next to Darshita, so I figured that she would have picked up on something by now. And the worst part was that she was unsanitary and she did not talk much to me! I am definatly going to find Darshita and go to whatever salon she is at! REALLY...I mean REALLY...Last Tangle lost Darshita. She is one of THE BEST - THREADING specialist that I have ever known. The one & only and sooooo sweet Darshita has moved. I frequently get my eyebrows threaded by Darshita who used to work @Last Tangle and I was so surprised to hear she moved! I have been going to Darshita for awhile to get my eyebrows threaded. Its WONDERFUL!!! I just recently found out she has moved to International Hair and Day Spa located off of 80th and Marty. This was my first time getting my eyebrows threaded and the experience was nice, inexpensive and fast. I will never go anywhere else to get my eyebrows done and the process last a long time. Whenever I visit Overland Park, KS, I go see Rose, my hair guru. ROSE at The Last Tangle Salon in Overland Park, KS gave my hair THE BEST COLOR that I have had in 25 years of getting color on my hair. I mean ... THE VERY BEST. The color is beautiful and the CUT is AWESOME. Rose listened to what I wanted. Her consultation really put me at ease. I like my hair long and she related to that and gave me the style and trim I needed, cutting the splits that needed to go but leaving the length and shaping the style and making my hair very easy to handle again. Rose was attentive and her desire to do a good job was evident. From the first time I visited the Last Tangle salon, she put me at ease for a first visit. First visits are usually pure terror. Not with Rose. I felt very comfortable very fast and I really appreciated that. This is what makes visits to The Last Tangle so special. I love this salon and the entire staff is friendly and just a joy. Rose is the stylist I want for my hair. In comparison to other stylists I have had in the past, I know Rose did the best job with my hair over everyone and that truly is 25 years of getting color put on my hair. I have RARELY liked my hair color and cut as much as I do today. After many compliments from friends and family, I know the color and cut are as good as I thought. What a wonderful experience!! I found this salon online and decided to make an appointment based on all of the good reviews. My sister was looking for a location to have her hair done for her wedding day plus 5 attendents. We met with the owner to discuss pricing. Apparently what they have online is incorrect. But they didn't have a price list with the correct pricing either. We were just told to expect a certain price and it could be a few dollars more. They wanted us to sign a contract but offered no discount for bringing in 6 people. She continued to make comments about how their website was out of date and that everything has been or will be changing. After the meeting I had an appointment to get my eyebrows threaded. We waited in the small lobby for 30 min before the stylist called my name. It took about 3 minutes to actually do it and the whole time the chair I was in kept inching back. It made me feel very uncomfortable. After she was done I wasn't offered a cloth or anything to wipe off the hairs that were all over my face and lashes. She did an ok job, but two days later I was already plucking hairs that she had missed. For $20 plus tip I expected more. We decided not to use them for the wedding day and I will not be going back for my eyebrows. more
